Who’s Taking on the Challenge?

On Saturday 12 September, Team Valley CiDS will be heading to Bakewell Showground to take on the world’s largest inflatable obstacle course.

We will be running, climbing, bouncing, sliding and laughing our way around a 5K course packed with up to 30 giant inflatable obstacles. It is going to be a brilliant day, with plenty of laughs, challenges, and hopefully, everyone making it to the finish line.

But we are taking on this challenge for a much bigger reason.

We are taking on the Inflatable 5K to raise money for the Turner Farm Big Build Project, helping us create a purpose-built vocational learning centre where children and young people can learn practical skills, build confidence and discover new opportunities for their future.

Meet the Team

Meet the team who are taking on the challenge. Our team is made up of Valley CiDS staff, volunteers and supporters who have all given up their time and stepping out of their comfort zones to help make the Big Build Project a reality.

Take a look at the amazing people who have signed up to team Valley CiDS. Click on any team member’s photo and cheer us on with a donation.

Whether you know someone on the team or simply want to support the challenge, every donation helps us get one step closer to building a brighter future for the children and young people we support.

Who do you think will be first over the finish line? And who’ll be spending the most time on the inflatables? Have a look at the team below, cheer them on and help us reach our fundraising goal!
