An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the Valley CIDS team based in Swanwick.

The hours can be made flexible over 3, 4 or 5 days to suit the successful candidate

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for collating and processing sales data and paperwork from our Lighthouse shops, bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices and providing support including payroll cover when required.

To be considered for the position you must have:

  • Good knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
  • Excellent level of competence in Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • A calm and professional approach to your work
