Staff at Lighthouse Charity Shops

Our shops are staffed either by two managers who job share, each working 21 hours a week, or a manager and assistant manager. Each shop is supported by a team of volunteers who are vital to the efficient operation of our shops. An Area Manager provides support to each of our shops to ensure our high standards of service are maintained.
